Therefore we handle returns & exchanges on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and want customers to be satisfied with them. Return/Exchange Policy:
All return/exchange requests are to be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise.
Only item(s) that are unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags still attached are eligible for return/exchanges.
The customer is responsible for all shipping & charges associated with exchanges and returns
Insurance is recommended for all return shipments as Gold Morals Studios LLC is not responsible for lost or mishandled packages.
Gold Morals Studios LLC has the right to refuse any return.
All “sale” items are final. If any exchanges are approved, they will be provided via store credit for the lowest sale price paid.
Please note: All refunds, order cancellations, credit/debit disputes, and chargebacks will be issued via store credit. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
